Deze pompen zijn essentieel voor patiënten die afhankelijk zijn van sondevoeding en moeten regelmatig worden gecontroleerd, omgeruild of retour gehaald. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak zorg je ervoor dat deze processen soepel verlopen. Je streeft ernaar om dagelijks ongeveer 8 tot 10 cliënten telefonisch te spreken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je snel nieuwe systemen oppakt, zelfstandig kunt werken en gemakkelijk contact legt met verschillende doelgroepen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch benaderen van cliënten met een voedingspomp thuis; - Afspraken maken voor het omruilen van pompen waarvan de keuring (APK) is verlopen; - Contact opnemen met nabestaanden wanneer een pomp na overlijden van een cliënt nog retour moet worden gestuurd; - Administratief verwerken van klantcontacten en afspraken; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte registratie in de systemen. Over de opdrachtgever Deze zorgorganisatie ondersteunt mensen die afhankelijk zijn van medische voeding, zoals sonde-, kinder- en drinkvoeding. Vanuit een belangrijke rol in de zorgketen begeleiden zij cliënten vanaf de eerste verwijzing tot aan de levering van de benodigde voeding en hulpmiddelen. Binnen deze functie ondersteun je het proces rondom voedingspompen. Door tijdig contact op te nemen met cliënten en nabestaanden zorg je ervoor dat pompen beschikbaar blijven voor andere patiënten die hiervan afhankelijk zijn.
