Houd jij van dingen uitzoeken, ben je empathisch en help je mensen graag met uiteenlopende vragen? Dan is de functie van Klantadviseur bij Essent én Energiedirect perfect voor jou! Als Klantadviseur ben jij de held die vragen van potentiële, nieuwe en bestaande klanten zelfstandig en in één keer goed afhandelt. Zo maak je direct impact op de klant- en merkbeleving van twee van de grootste energiemerken in Nederland. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de klant en de organisatie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende kanalen (telefoon en chat) én systemen. De vragen zijn divers: van advies over het energiecontract, de jaarnota en meterstanden tot praktische tips over het energiezuinig maken en isoleren van een woning. Ook als een klant minder tevreden is, blijf jij rustig, toon je inlevingsvermogen en zoek je naar een passende oplossing. Dit ga je doen als Klantadviseur - Beantwoorden van inkomende vragen via telefonie en chat voor Essent en Energiedirect; - Advies geven over jaarnota's, contracten, meterstanden en verduurzaming/isolatie; - Empathisch en oplossingsgericht te woord staan van minder tevreden klanten; - Zorgdragen voor een tijde en kwalitatief correcte verwerking van klantprocessen in diverse systemen; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in het proces om de klantervaring elke dag beter te maken. Essent en Energiedirect zetten zich dagelijks in om klanten en ondernemers aan zich te binden door de beste service te bieden. Binnen het team staan eigenaarschap, duidelijke communicatie en het vieren van successen centraal. De medewerkerstevredenheid binnen dit project is dan ook erg hoog.
