Als fulltime klantenservice medewerker bij Stedin in Rotterdam ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en bedrijven in de regio. Je helpt vragen op te lossen die variëren van administratieve zaken tot praktische ondersteuning bij storingen en aansluitingen. Je start met een uitgebreid betaald opleidingstraject waarin je precies leert hoe alle systemen werken. Binnen Stedin krijg je volop de ruimte om ervaring op te doen en door te groeien naar specialistische afdelingen, zoals het webcareteam. Wat worden jouw taken? - Vragen van particuliere en zakelijke klanten beantwoorden via telefoon, chat en social media. - Klanten gericht ondersteunen bij technische en administratieve vraagstukken. - Zoeken naar passende oplossingen die aansluiten op de situatie van de klant. - Elk gesprek en alle afspraken zorgvuldig registreren in het klantsysteem. Wie ben jij? Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau en spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. Je bent empathisch ingesteld en luistert goed naar wat een klant nodig heeft. Ook als een gesprek uitdagend wordt of de klant geïrriteerd is, blijf jij rustig, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Je werkt graag zelfstandig en maakt nieuwe online systemen en software snel eigen.
