Zodra klanten bellen met een technische storing, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Jij registreert de melding, vraagt goed door en zorgt ervoor dat deze bij de juiste planner of monteur terechtkomt. Overdag werk je veel samen met collega's in de front- en backoffice. In de late avond pak jij de rol van allrounder: je neemt storingen aan, doet de uitvraag, bestelt eventueel onderdelen en plant zelf een monteur in die je direct aanstuurt. Je bent dan dus frontoffice, backoffice én planner in één. Je werkt in een omgeving waar snel schakelen de norm is en waarin jouw inzet écht verschil maakt. Denk aan een liftopsluiting waarbij mensen vastzitten, een kapotte beveiligingsdeur in een ziekenhuis of een CV-ketel die uitvalt tijdens een koude winternacht. Jouw werkdag in het kort: - Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoongesprekken en verwerkt e-mails - Je stelt de juiste vragen en legt storingen nauwkeurig vast - Je schakelt met planners en monteurs door heel Nederland - of regelt het zelf in de avonduren Wat maakt deze baan bijzonder?
