Jouw werkzaamheden Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel, duidelijk en prettig worden opgepakt. Of het nu gaat om een offerte, factuur, installatie of storing: jij luistert goed, denkt mee en zorgt dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Je hebt veel afwisseling in je werk en schakelt dagelijks met verschillende klanten en collega's. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het beantwoorden van vragen, maar ook naar hoe processen slimmer kunnen en hoe de klantbeleving verder verbeterd kan worden. Zo krijg je een brede servicegerichte functie waarin je echt invloed hebt op hoe klanten de organisatie ervaren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je staat klanten te woord en zorgt voor een prettige en professionele eerste indruk; - Je beantwoordt vragen over offertes, facturen, installaties, storingen en andere uitdagingen; - Je adviseert klanten over producten en diensten en denkt mee over passende oplossingen; - Je behandelt uitdagingen zorgvuldig en zorgt ervoor dat deze goed worden opgevolgd; - Je geeft klanten aanvullende ...
