Job Description Klantenservice medewerker ARTIS Voor de afdeling Publiek & Beleving van ARTIS zoeken wij per direct een klantenservice medewerker, die de backoffice ondersteunt voor 32 uur per week. Als klantenservice medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor al het telefonisch en mailcontact met de bezoekers. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Afhandelen van vragen, suggesties en klachten op een professionele manier; - Beheren van ledenadministratie; - Verwerken van boekingen van arrangementen, rondleidingen en verjaardagsfeestjes; - Onderhouden van contact met scholen en verwerken van de boekingen; - Ondersteuning verlenen bij het beheer van social media kanalen. In het contact met bezoekers staat een uitstekende en persoonlijke service centraal. Daarbij zoek je altijd naar mogelijkheden om bij te dragen aan de missie en visie van ARTIS.
