Start dan als Klantenservice Medewerker Bankzaken bij ABN AMRO in Diemen. In deze functie ben jij degene die klanten verder helpt wanneer zij vragen hebben over hun financiële zaken. Je krijgt dagelijks verschillende vragen binnen over onderwerpen zoals betaalrekeningen, internetbankieren, transacties en de ABN AMRO app. Jij luistert naar de situatie, zoekt informatie op en zorgt ervoor dat de klant duidelijk antwoord krijgt. Met jouw positieve instelling zorg jij ervoor dat iedere klant zich goed geholpen voelt. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat klantgegevens correct verwerkt worden, geef je uitleg over online bankieren en denk je actief mee over de beste oplossing. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde, waardoor je iedere dag nieuwe situaties tegenkomt en jezelf blijft ontwikkelen. Werken bij ABN AMRO Bij ABN AMRO krijg je vanaf de eerste dag goede begeleiding. Op 12 oktober 2026 start je met een onboardingdag en haal je jouw laptop op. Heb je jouw Wft Basis certificaat nog niet? Dan behaal je deze in dezelfde week. Vanaf 19 oktober 2026 start iedereen met de 6-weekse betaalde training waarin je alles leert over de systemen, producten en klantgesprekken. ABN AMRO biedt jou de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de financiële wereld. Veel collega's starten binnen klantcontact en groeien daarna door naar andere functies binnen de bank.
