Bij de Belastingdienst, en specifiek bij de Directie Klantinteractie & -services beter bekend als de BelastingTelefoon, zoeken we nieuwe collega's in Groningen!

Als klantcontact medewerker ben jij de stem van de Belastingdienst. Burgers bellen jou met hun belastingvragen en jij helpt hen verder met heldere en vriendelijke uitleg. De vragen gaan over de toeslagen. Huurtoeslag, zorgtoeslag en kindgebonden budget. Je wordt goed opgeleid, zodat je mensen altijd de juiste informatie geeft.

• Je helpt dagelijks mensen met hun belastingvragen via de telefoon. • Je volgt een betaalde opleiding van 13 weken om expert te worden in belastingzaken. • Je werkt op kantoor met een gezellig en ondersteunend team. • Je hebt een boeiende functie waar je jezelf kan ontwikkelen.

Opleiding

• De opleiding is maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag van 09:00 tot 16:30 uur. Na de opleiding werk je je gewenste uren. • De woensdag ben je vrij tijdens de opleidingsperiode. • Wel vragen we je om de eerste woensdag van de opleiding beschikbaar te zijn. Afhankelijk van hoe de eerste twee dagen verlopen, werk je op deze dag. Het is belangrijk dat jij de volledige trainingsperiode beschikbaar bent.

Ook na de opleidingsperiode ben je doorlopend bezig met je eigen ontwikkeling, je houdt een portfolio bij.
