Start als hulpverlener voor minimaal 24 uur per week met een salaris van € 17,86 bruto per uur. Wat ga je doen? Word jij rustig van een drukke telefoon en krijg je energie van mensen helpen? Als Telefonisch Hulpverlener bij Eurocross in Leiden ben jij er voor bestuurders die onverwacht met pech langs de weg staan. Jij neemt de hulpvraag aan, brengt de situatie snel in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste hulp wordt geregeld. - Je beantwoordt en registreert hulpvragen van klanten die met hun voertuig zijn gestrand. - Je beoordeelt de situatie en organiseert zelfstandig passende hulp. - Je controleert welke hulp binnen de polisvoorwaarden mogelijk is en neemt hierover zelfstandig beslissingen. - Je informeert klanten en andere betrokken partijen duidelijk over de hulpverlening en het verdere verloop. - Je onderhoudt contact met bergingsbedrijven, leasemaatschappijen, verzekeraars en collega-alarmcentrales. - Je zorgt voor een volledige en correcte registratie in de verschillende computersystemen. Geen telefoontje is hetzelfde. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen, zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen en goed het overzicht kunt bewaren. Overige informatie Je bent werkzaam in onregelmatige diensten tussen 06.00 en 01.30 uur, waarbij nachtdiensten tot de toekomstige mogelijkheden behoren, en je denkt mee over het verbeteren van procedures. Je wordt 6 weken van tevoren ingeroosterd en krijgt voorafgaand een uitgebreide opleiding. Tijdens je werk word je ondersteund door Kennisspecialisten en Teamleiders in een flexibele werkomgeving met een prettige en collegiale sfeer.
