Of het nu gaat om een vraag over een abonnement of een technische puzzel: jij helpt klanten via telefoon, e-mail of chat en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met een glimlach op de gezicht op hangt of de chat sluit. Je hebt hiervoor geen ervaring nodig, want wij stomen je helemaal klaar. Wel zoeken we iemand die communicatief sterk is, geduldig blijft als een klant het even niet weet en het leuk vindt om in oplossingen te denken. Alles over de start en praktische zaken We maken het je zo makkelijk mogelijk om deze baan te combineren met je studie, tentamens of je sociale leven. Je werkt namelijk tussen de 16 en 40 uur per week, waarbij je je uren heel flexibel kunt indelen binnen de ruime openingstijden van maandag tot en met zondag van 08.00 tot 20.00 uur. Je kunt al heel snel beginnen! We hebben twee startdata waar je uit kunt kiezen, namelijk maandag 19 oktober of maandag 26 oktober. Je begint met een betaalde fulltime training van 10 werkdagen op onze locatie in Almere. Tijdens deze inwerkperiode leer je alle systemen en services van VodafoneZiggo van binnen en van buiten kennen. Zodra je de training hebt afgerond, ben je helemaal klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, en krijg je na verloop van tijd de mogelijkheid om deels hybride vanuit huis te werken!
