Als Klantenservice Medewerker Care ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, cliënten en collega's binnen de organisatie. Via telefoon en e-mail krijg je gedurende de dag uiteenlopende vragen binnen. Die kunnen bijvoorbeeld gaan over leveringen, procedures, voorraadbeheer of andere informatie die belangrijk is voor de dienstverlening. Omdat jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het Care-segment, spreek je regelmatig medewerkers en bewoners van zorginstellingen. Zij kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen, klachten en verzoeken voor wijzigingen. Jij zoekt uit wat er speelt en zorgt voor een passende administratieve afhandeling. Komt er een complexere vraag voorbij? Dan weet je wanneer het tijd is om deze door te zetten naar je supervisor. Ook achter de schermen zorg je dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Je verwerkt en archiveert binnengekomen e-mails en klachten, houdt bestellingen nauwlettend in de gaten en ondersteunt het bestelproces administratief.
