Klantenservice medewerker 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €3.000 en €3.200 Per maand Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als klantenservice medewerker draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van het glasvezelproces, van schouwen tot huisaansluitingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken efficiënt en klantgericht worden ingepland. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en nauwkeurige werkwijze help je bewoners met hun vragen en zorg je voor een correcte administratie in onze systemen. Wat je gaat doen: - Plannen: afspraken inplannen en afstemmen met bewoners voor schouwen en huisaansluitingen; - Communiceren: bewoners telefonisch te woord staan en hen begeleiden met heldere informatie over het glasvezeltraject; - Administreren: gegevens en gemaakte afspraken zorgvuldig verwerken en bijhouden in systemen zoals Twict (T4F); - Oplossen: vragen van bewoners beantwoorden en passende oplossingen bieden bij eventuele uitdagingen; - Samenwerken: bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer binnen een enthousiast team van 8 collega's. Wat bieden we jou - Salaris tussen €3000 en €3200 per maand; - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Flexibele functie van 24 tot 40 uur per week, met vaste werktijden van 8:00 tot 16:30; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer; - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Interne trainingen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's om jouw professionele groei te ondersteunen. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een klantgerichte en nauwkeurige klantenservice medewerker die gestructureerd werkt en bewoners helder te woord staat. - Je beschikt over een MBO-4 diploma in een administratieve of commerciële richting; - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantcontact of vergelijkbare rol; - Je bent bekend met systemen zoals Twict (T4F) is een pre; - Je bent communicatief sterk en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend; - Je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer en wo...
