Kwantum zoekt versterking voor onze Customer Service in Tilburg! Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Bij Kwantum zetten we onze klanten centraal. En jij? Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Jij helpt ze via de telefoon of mail met vragen over bijvoorbeeld de montage van vloeren of raamdecoratie. Met jouw servicegerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord voelt en snel verder kan. Je schakelt met verschillende afdelingen, plant monteurs in, en zorgt voor duidelijke en vriendelijke communicatie. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt goed omgaan met drukte en emotie. Boze of gefrustreerde klanten schrikken jou niet af: jij blijft rustig, professioneel en vriendelijk. Wat ga je doen? - Klantvragen beantwoorden via mail en telefoon - Meedenken én beslissingen nemen om klanten goed te helpen - Verbeterideeën aanbrengen (en waar mogelijk gewoon zelf regelen!)) - Samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen voor een soepel proces Wat maakt dit een leuke baan? Omdat jij graag mensen helpt en je energie krijgt van klantcontact. Je krijgt ook boze of gefrustreerde klanten aan de lijn. Maar juist dát maakt het werk uitdagend en afwisselend. Jij weet rustig, professioneel en vriendelijk te blijven, en haalt voldoening uit het vinden van een oplossing - elke dag weer. En omdat je van een goede werksfeer houdt. Op onze Customer Service werk je samen met zo'n 50 enthousiaste collega's.
