Klantenservice Medewerker Duits Het avontuur Buiten begint het avontuur bij Bever! Voor onze uitbreiding naar Duitsland zoeken we een collega die onze Duitse klanten helpt en bijdraagt aan de groei van onze webshop op de Duitse markt. In eerste instantie houd je je vooral bezig met het vertalen, schrijven, controleren en verbeteren van Duitstalige teksten voor onze website, klantenservice en klantcommunicatie. Je werkt samen met collega's van klantenservice, e-commerce en marketing om de klantreis voor Duitse klanten te verbeteren. Naarmate onze webshop groeit, verschuift je functie steeds meer richting klantcontact via e-mail, chat en telefoon. Zo help je mee om Duitse klanten dezelfde persoonlijke service te bieden waar Bever in Nederland om bekendstaat. Uitstekende beheersing van het Duits, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is een absolute vereiste. Je uitrusting Je bent sociaal, luistert goed en denkt in oplossingen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent een echte teamspeler en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe markt. Ook heb je affiniteit met outdooractiviteiten en begrijp je hoe belangrijk het is om naar buiten te gaan. Daarnaast: - Beschik je over mbo+-werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare ervaring; - Communiceer je uitstekend, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Beheers je het Nederlands goed of kun je goed samenwerken in een Nederlandstalige organisatie; - Ben je 18 uur per week beschikbaar en flexibel in je werktijden. Mooi meegenomen: ervaring met Duitstalige klanten, vertalen of redigeren van teksten, e-commerce of contentmanagement.
