Ga aan de slag als klantenservice medewerker bij Eteck in Voorburg! Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij de steun en toeverlaat voor bewoners die vragen hebben over hun duurzame warmte en koeling. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je duikt enthousiast in het verbruik van klanten, beantwoordt vragen over de eindafrekening en helpt mensen wegwijs te maken in de app. Ook het aanpassen van persoonsgegevens, het uitzoeken van vragen over facturen en het oplossen van klachten behoren tot jouw dagelijkse missie. Je registreert hierbij al het klantcontact nauwkeurig in onze systemen. Je staat er trouwens nooit alleen voor: een ervaren senior collega of teamleider helpt je vanaf dag één op weg, dus je leert het vak gewoon heerlijk on the job ! Wie zoeken wij? Het team, de werktijden & starten Je komt terecht in een gezellig en informeel team van ongeveer 8 Customer Care Frontoffice collega's in Voorburg. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 09:00 uur en 18:00 uur, dus jouw weekenden zijn altijd helemaal van jou!
