Via telefoon, chat en mail beantwoord je vragen over producten, bezorgingen en betalingen. Je luistert goed, houdt verwachtingen helder en biedt een oplossing die past bij de situatie van de klant. Daarbij zet je graag dat extra stapje om de klantervaring zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je voert dagelijks uitdagende gesprekken met klanten waarbij het net iets anders gelopen is dan we gehoopt hadden. Juist in dat soort gesprekken blijf je rustig en professioneel, stel je duidelijke grenzen en kijk je altijd naar wat wél kan. Wat je doet - Je luistert aandachtig naar de klant, stelt de juiste vragen en ontdekt snel wat de klant écht nodig heeft. Zo vind je steeds de best passende oplossing. - Je communiceert helder via telefoon, chat en mail en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende kanalen. - Je voelt je prettig in een resultaatgerichte omgeving waarin je werkt met doelen en targets. - Ook bij veel lastige klantvragen of weerstand blijf je rustig en stevig in gesprek. Je geeft duidelijk grenzen aan en neemt zelfverzekerd de regie. - Je navigeert vlot tussen verschillende, uitdagende klantsystemen en zoekt zelfstandig naar de beste oplossing in onze database. Wat je krijgt - Een salaris van €15 per uur. - Maandelijkse vergoeding van maximaal € 45,- netto voor een snelle internetverbinding en je bakkie pleur. - 8% vakantiegeld, pensioenopbouw en 29 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime contract. - Ongekend goede werksfeer. We zien elkaar regelmatig op kantoor én bij onze veelbesproken barbecues, pubquizzen en online games. - Een top thuiswerkplek.
