Ben jij klantgericht en beheers je de Franse taal uitstekend? Dan is deze functie als Franstalige klantenservicemedewerker in Eindhoven een mooie kans. In deze rol vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, salescollega’s en interne afdelingen in meerdere landen. Klinkt dit als een uitdaging die bij jou past? Solliciteer dan snel!

Als klantenservicemedewerker ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het volledige orderproces voor de Nederlandse markt en ondersteun je actief de commerciële activiteiten voor de Franse markt.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aannemen en verwerken van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail

- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, plus verwerken van orders in het SAP-systeem

- Bevestigen van opdrachten naar klanten en factureren van verzonden orders

- Onderhouden van contact met klanten, salescollega's en interne afdelingen in Nederland, België en Frankrijk

- Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige administratieve afhandeling van orders

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.700,- per maand

- Direct op contract bij de werkgever

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de opdrachtgever

- Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur

- Werken in een betrokken team met korte communicatielijnen

- Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbetervoorstellen

- Goede balans tussen verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en zelfstandigheid

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

- Werkervaring binnen een customer service- of sales supportfunctie

- Bekendheid met Microsoft Office (ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is een voordeel)

- Open communicatiestijl en proactieve houding
