Voor een netbeheerder in de energiesector, gevestigd in regio Voorburg, zoeken we een nieuwe collega voor het Customer Care-team. Bij deze organisatie draait klantcontact niet om snelheid alleen, maar om begrip, uitleg en rust brengen. Jij bent degene die complexe vragen simpel maakt. Help je klanten die wonen in duurzame woningen (en soms worstelen met techniek, verbruik of facturen) en op jou vertrouwen om het begrijpelijk te maken. Wat maakt deze functie fijn

- Je hebt invloed op hoe klanten geholpen worden

- Je mag actief meedenken over hoe het klantcontact nog beter kan

- Je komt in een hecht team van 8 collega’s, ook buiten werktijd is er onderling contact

- Je krijgt tijd om het écht goed te doen

- Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden: na verloop van tijd word je breder inzetbaar binnen meerdere taken

- Telefonisch & digitaal klantcontact

- Uitleg over installaties en energieverbruik

- Administratieve verwerking

- Proactief klanten benaderen

- Nauwkeurige vastlegging van gesprekken

Wat je meebrengt

- Ervaring in klantcontact, bijvoorbeeld vanuit horeca of verkoop, met een bewuste keuze voor klantenservice

- Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau

- Technisch inzicht (je hoeft geen monteur te zijn)

- Nederlands & Engels goed in woord en geschrift

- Sterke gesprekvaardigheden: luisteren, samenvatten, doorvragen en zelf de leiding nemen in een gesprek

- Zeer goede systeemvaardigheden: je kunt multitasken tussen meerdere schermen en systemen, en goed analyseren om tot de kern van een probleem te komen en de juiste oplossing te bieden

- Een ondernemende inslag: je signaleert kansen en pakt ze zelf op

- Continuïteit is belangrijk in deze rol, daarom zoeken we geen s​tudenten
