Als Klantenservice Medewerker bij Budget Thuis zoek je dat soort vraagstukken graag tot op de bodem uit. Op zoek naar een vaste baan met een duidelijk groeipad? Lees snel verder. Budget Thuis is het huismerk voor energie, internet en mobiel. Onze klantenservice voor internet bestaat uit drie teams: Service, Care en Technical Support. Je start in het serviceteam en ontwikkelt je van daaruit breed, van klantvragen tot ingewikkelde technische puzzels. Wat je gaat doen Je helpt klanten van Budget Thuis met alles rond hun internetabonnement, van eenvoudige vragen tot pittige technische puzzels. - Klanten helpen via telefoon, e-mail en chat met vragen over hun contract, factuur en combikorting; - Uitzoeken wat er aan de hand is als een klant geen verbinding krijgt of last heeft van een storing; - Meedenken over een oplossing als een klant niet meteen tevreden is; - Kennis opbouwen en delen met je team, zodat je productkennis blijft groeien. Je begint met een betaalde training waarin je alles leert over onze producten en systemen. Daarna ga je zelfstandig aan de slag, met altijd een collega in de buurt om mee te overleggen. Vereisten Wat je meebrengt - Werkervaring in een klantgerichte of technische functie, bijvoorbeeld als klantenservicemedewerker, klantadviseur of supportmedewerker; - Je vindt het leuk om technische problemen op te lossen en gaat een lastige vraag niet uit de weg; - Je zoekt een vaste baan met een duidelijk groeipad, geen bijbaan; - Beschikbaar vanaf begin oktober, voor minimaal 24 uur per week en maximaal 40 uur per week; - Eén keer per maand beschikbaar op zaterdag; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; - MBO4 werk- en denkniveau.
