Wat ga je doen? Als Klantadviseur Customer Operations ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling behandel je inkomende vragen, klachten en verzoeken via verschillende kanalen zoals telefonie, e-mail en sociale media. Daarnaast voer je nauwkeurig administratieve taken uit en werk je mee aan correcte verwerking van processen zoals facturatie, orders en meetdata (meterstanden).

De teams Complexe Zaken en Processen (CZ&P) en Front Office werken samen om uitstekende service te leveren en een hoge klanttevredenheid te realiseren. Met jouw inzet help je ons doel te bereiken: blije klanten en een gestroomlijnd proces.

Je gaat de volgende werkzaamheden uitvoeren:

- Behandelen van klantvragen, klachten en problemen via diverse kanalen - Uitvoeren van administratieve handelingen binnen facturatie-, order- en meetdataprocessen (meterstanden) - Informeren en adviseren over onze producten en diensten - Bijdragen aan sales door het werven en behouden van klanten (retentie)Signaleren van verbeteringen en naleven van wet- en regelgeving, zoals AVG (privacywet) - Je start met een (betaalde) training van 4 weken op kantoor in Middelburg. Na de inwerkperiode (ga uit van de eerste 2-3 maanden) is er ook de mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken, al is het natuurlijk ook heel gezellig om altijd met je Delta-collega's op kantoor te zijn!

Wat bieden wij? - Start met een bruto maandloon van €2875 tot €3607 op basis van 40 uur / €16,59 - €20,81 euro bruto per uur. Je wordt ingeschaald op basis van relevante werkervaring. - Eindejaarsuitkering van 4,5% van je jaarsalaris. - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag. - Reiskostenvergoeding of volledige OV-vergoeding, én thui
