Klantenservice-medewerker met productkennis PA Goes, Thuiswerken 24 uur, 32 uur, 40 uur Customer Service HBO, MBO Full-time, Part-time Als geluids- en audiotechnicus weet je dat het keihard werken is om een evenement, optreden of productie goed te laten verlopen. Van een goede PA-opstelling tot het oplossen van technische problemen: jij weet hoe belangrijk het is dat alles werkt wanneer het moet werken. Haal jij net zo veel voldoening uit het helpen van klanten naar een oplossing waar ze helemaal blij mee zijn? Kom ons Klantenservice-team versterken. We kunnen jouw kennis en passie voorPA en geluid goed gebruiken. Lees verder en solliciteer meteen . Wat ga je doen? Je beantwoordt vragen van onze klanten op het gebied van PA-producten en audio (20% van de tijd) en algemene vragen over bijvoorbeeld bestellingen (80% van de tijd). Telefonisch contact is de hoofdtaak. Naast Nederlandse en Vlaamse klanten, help je ook anderstalige klanten uit bijvoorbeeld Engeland en Frankrijk, waarbij Engels de voertaal is. Het doel is: een passende oplossing en een tevreden klant. De introductiedag vindt plaats in Goes, waarbij eventuele reiskosten worden vergoed. Je wordt vervolgens 8 weken lang getraind om je collega's, de organisatie en de systemen te leren kennen en je productkennis te verhogen. De eerste 3 weken van het inwerktraject doen we online, op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag. De overige 5 weken zijn in Goes of thuis, dit is afhankelijk van je functie. Wat je hebt - Minimaal MBO niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Beheersing van een andere taal, zoals Engels of Frans - Ervaring met geluidstechniek, bijvoorbeeld als geluids- of audiotechnicus (pre) - Kennis van andere productgroepen zoals DJ, Studio, Verlichting, Snaren, Drums, Toetsen (pre) - Flexibiliteit wat betreft: - Werktijden en -dagen (doordeweeks, avond en/of weekend) - Meedraaien tijdens drukke periode...
