Je bent als klantenservice medewerker het visitekaartje van de Belastingdienst. Jij luistert goed en vraagt door, zodat je de burger kunt helpen. Je krijgt vragen over motorrijtuigenbelasting. Een kleine greep uit de basisvragen die je kan verwachten:

• Automatische incasso wijzigen. • Uitstel van betaling aanvragen. • Betalingsregeling aanvragen. • Welke bedragen staan er open?

Geen zorgen als je niet direct het antwoord weet. Jouw carrière als klantenservice medewerker begint met een betaalde interne opleiding van 12 weken op locatie (26–28 uur per week). In de opleiding leer je alles over de interne organisatie, de processen en je leert werken met verschillende systemen.

Start: Deze klas start op 2 november.

Functie-eisen: Als klantenservice medewerker kun je goed luisteren en tot de kern van de vraag komen door de leiding in het gesprek te nemen.

• Jij verwerkt informatie in verschillende systemen en gaat hier flexibel mee om. • Er wordt een beschikbaarheid gevraagd van minimaal 24 uur tot maximaal 36 uur per week. • Je bent 12 weken beschikbaar voor de opleiding, de opleidingsdagen zijn maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag. • Het maken van een assessment is onderdeel van de selectieprocedure.
