In deze functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor reizigers, werk je met verschillende communicatiekanalen en krijg je de kans om je communicatieve skills te laten zien bij GVB in Amsterdam. Je werkt in een gezellig team, bouwt aan klantrelaties en krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over verbetering van de service. Over de functie Als klantenservice medewerker OV ben jij de stem én het gezicht van dit vervoersbedrijf richting de reiziger. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, e-mail en social media, geeft advies over reisproducten en handelt klachten en claims af. Je verwerkt alles netjes in de systemen en vindt het leuk om reizigers écht te helpen en hun verwachtingen te overtreffen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, bespreekt bijzondere situaties en denkt actief mee over hoe de klantenservice nóg beter kan. Soms is het druk en moet je snel schakelen, maar dat geeft jou juist energie. Je werkdagen zijn van maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 8:00 en 19:00 uur, 32 uur per week.
