Heb je ervaring in de klantenservice en met telefonisch klantcontact? Dan is deze functie in Breda iets voor jou. Je gaat werken bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in de logistieke en postsector. Als klantenservice medewerker ondersteun je zakelijke klanten bij vragen over post- en pakketdiensten. Je denkt actief mee, zoekt naar oplossingen en zorgt voor een professionele klantbeleving. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Je hebt contact via telefoon, e-mail en chats en helpt klanten met uiteenlopende vragen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het beantwoorden van telefoontjes, e-mails en chats, het verstrekken van duidelijke informatie en advies, het uitzoeken en oplossen van klantvragen, en het overleggen met andere afdelingen wanneer dat nodig is. Je zorgt voor een klantgerichte en professionele service en bouwt kennis op over post- en pakketprocessen. Je denkt mee over je eigen ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je werkt 32 tot 37 uur per week in Breda en komt terecht in een enthousiast en informeel team van ongeveer 50 tot 100 collega's. De eerste week volg je een intensief inwerktraject. Tijdens deze week werk je fulltime op kantoor in Breda. Zo leer je de systemen, processen en dienstverlening goed kennen en word je zorgvuldig voorbereid op je functie.
