Regisseur in acute zorgsituaties Een blindedarmontsteking in Thailand of een ski-ongeval in Oostenrijk: als fulltime klantenservice medewerker Reis & Zorg in Deventer ben jij de professionele steun en toeverlaat voor mensen in nood. In deze uitdagende fulltime functie in Deventer pak jij de regie op de meest impactvolle momenten in iemands leven en zorg je dat hulpvragen daadkrachtig worden opgelost. Jouw werkomgeving De afdeling Reis & Zorg is een unieke afdeling binnen de alarmcentrale. De cases zijn complex, de emoties zijn hoog, maar de collegialiteit is nóg groter. Je vormt een hecht team met de artsen en verpleegkundigen op de vloer. Samen vormen jullie de achterwacht voor reizigers wereldwijd. Jij bent de stabiele factor die contact onderhoudt met buitenlandse ziekenhuizen, verzekeraars en de familie in Nederland. - Complexe intake: Je inventariseert de medische noodsituatie en filtert de belangrijkste gegevens uit een emotioneel gesprek. - Medisch sparren: Je legt medische rapporten voor aan het in-house artsenteam om te bepalen welke zorg of transport medisch noodzakelijk is. - Internationale coördinatie: Je schakelt met buitenlandse artsen, ambulances en vliegmaatschappijen om de repatriëring op te starten. - Nazorg & administratie: Je bewaakt het budget van de case en zorgt voor een waterdichte administratieve afhandeling in het dossier. Jouw fulltime werkweek Je krijgt een stabiel fulltime contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week . Onze alarmcentrale slaapt nooit, dus je draait mee in een volcontinu rooster (24/7).
