Heb jij de gave om goed te luisteren? Ben je hulpvaardig aangelegd, met een talent in oplossingsgericht denken? Dan zit je bij een callcenter op de goede plaats!

Namens grote bedrijven ben jij de persoon die oplossingsgericht aan de slag gaat. Naast je basisloon worden jij en je team ook beloond voor je inzet. Daarom worden er vaak leuke bonussen uitgekeerd. Als dat geen goede motivatie is om hard te werken! Je hebt een basis salaris van 11,- per uur maar als jij gewoon je uren maakt en samen met je team doelgericht werkt zal dat al snel richting de 13,50 per uur komen. Ook krijg je een thuiswerkvergoeding!

Kortom dit is de ideale baan voor studenten (Leuk feitje werken bij een helpdesk staat bij studenten in de top 3 van Nederland!) Het is natuurlijk ook uitermate geschikt voor mensen die liever vanuit huis werken, en voor iedereen die gewoon voor deze dure tijden iets extra's wil verdienen!

Over de functie: Na een inwerktraject van 2 of 3 maanden met de nodige coaching en begeleiding, kun jij zelfstandig aan de slag. Jij staat klanten zo goed mogelijk te woord en zorgt ervoor dat zij een ultieme klantervaring hebben. Het is een uitdagende en afwisselende functie, waarbij je minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar bent. Wil jij meer werken, is dit uiteraard geen probleem. Jij wil de beste zijn in je werk en blijft jezelf uitdagen door hiervoor trainingen en presentaties bij te wonen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je voert klantgerichte en op overtuigende wijze inbound gesprekken met bestaande klanten; Je beantwoord vragen van klanten, welke onder andere gaan over betalingen, contracten of nota's, welke je daarna administratief verwerkt; Je past de administratie aan waar nodig, denk aan adresgegevens, verhuizing en opzegging. Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft in klantencontact. Klantvriendelijk is en sociaal. Verder ben je proactief en oplossingsgericht.
