Dan is dit jouw kans om betekenisvol werk te doen bij de Belastingdienst. Wat ga je doen? Werk dat er écht toe doet. Waarin je mensen helpt, duidelijkheid geeft en elke dag het verschil maakt. Dat is klantenservice medewerker bij de Belastingtelefoon. Hier ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen met vragen over hun toeslagen. Denk aan huurtoeslag, zorgtoeslag en kinderopvangtoeslag. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je iemand met een simpele vraag, de andere keer neem je de tijd om een ingewikkelde situatie rustig uit te leggen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Jij staat mensen telefonisch te woord en helpt hen met vragen over toeslagen. - Je legt dingen helder uit, zodat iedereen het begrijpt - ook als het ingewikkeld is. - Je denkt mee en geeft duidelijk aan wat iemand kan doen of wat de volgende stap is. - Je zorgt dat elk gesprek netjes wordt vastgelegd in het systeem. Belangrijk om te weten Je start met een uitgebreide en betaalde training, zodat je goed wordt voorbereid op je werk. Daarom vragen we dat je de eerste 12 weken volledig beschikbaar bent voor een inwerktraject. De training duurt 12 weken en vindt op locatie plaats (26-28 uur per week). Je werkt op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag van 09:00 tot 16:30. Op woensdag ben je vrij. Tijdens deze trainingsperiode is het niet mogelijk om verlof op te nemen, zodat je het volledige programma kunt volgen en je de functie goed onder de knie krijgt. Startdatum: 20 oktober.
