Met de recente overname van de bp tankstations is OK eigenaar van maar liefst 400 prachtige tankstations door heel Nederland. Én we zijn nog lang niet klaar. Voor de transitie van onze groeiende organisatie zijn wij voor ons binnendienst team op zoek naar een klantenservice medewerker! Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je onderdeel van ons OK Retail binnendienst team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten en leveranciers die naar kantoor bellen of mailen met een vraag of klacht. Dat kan gaan over bijvoorbeeld het OK spaarprogramma (Freebees) of schade gevallen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle klanten vriendelijk worden geholpen en in contact worden gebracht met de juiste afdeling of collega's. Tussen alle klanten door vind je het leuk om administratieve werkzaamheden te verrichten. Verder bestaan je taken onder andere uit: - Verzekeringen en schades afwikkelen; - Het controleren van betalingen, handbonnen en doorrijders; - Bestellen van materiaal voor onze tankstations; Wat neem jij mee? - Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Je komt te werken op ons vernieuwde kantoor in Breda. We werken altijd op kantoor, niet vanuit huis. - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, wat bijvoorbeeld blijkt uit een afgeronde opleiding of uit opgedane werkervaring. - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschift, en bent communicatief sterk; - Je hebt van nature een klantgerichte houding en staat sterk in je schoenen. - Je vindt het leuk om mensen te woord te staan en kunt je goed inleven in anderen; - Je denkt in oplossingen; - Ervaring in de klantenservice, administratie of op een tankstation is een pré.
