Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker Klantenservice Reis en Zorg ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met problemen tijdens hun reis, van een gestolen paspoort in Spanje tot een ongeluk in Thailand. Je biedt passende oplossingen, schakelt met zorginstellingen in het buitenland en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van klantgegevens. Je werkt in een gezellig team met volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.

Wat bieden wij? - Salaris tussen de €2.704,- tot €3.126,- bruto per maand (bij fulltime dienstverband), daarnaast ontvang je nog een gemiddelde onregelmatigheidstoeslag; - Parttime of fulltime contract met uitzicht op eventuele overname; - 8% vakantietoeslag + opbouw van 25 vakantiedagen op een fulltime basis; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km tot max 40 km enkele reis; - Een luxe fitnessruimte die 24/7 geopend is en restaurant en vele andere faciliteiten. - Interne trainingen zodat je een goede basis hebt om de juiste afwegingen te maken en te groeien als expert.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een warm, behulpzaam en divers team dat samenwerkt vanuit een prachtig pand in Deventer – goed bereikbaar met zowel de fiets als de auto. In deze rol speel jij een cruciale rol in wereldwijde hulpverlening, 24/7. Jij coördineert hulp en geeft advies aan Nederlandse verzekerden namens uiteenlopende organisaties, zoals zorgverzekeraars, woningcorporaties, autoleasemaatschappijen, schadeverzekeraars en overheidsinstanties. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en jouw inzet maakt écht het verschil voor mensen in nood.
