Ekoplaza is dé biologische supermarktketen van Nederland. Elke dag opnieuw voorzien wij onze klanten van heerlijke biologische producten. Onder andere een eerlijke prijs en goede arbeidsomstandigheden voor onze boeren en leveranciers staan bij ons centraal. Dit doen we vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Veghel en vanuit onze winkels, waar we de consument alles vertellen over de voordelen van biologisch produceren. Zowel offline als online delen we volop inspiratie en laten we de consument kennis maken met onze producten. We vertellen ons biologische verhaal met enthousiasme en willen dit met iedereen delen. Wat ga je doen?

Als Klantenservice/Servicedesk Medewerker (32 uur per week) ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als onze winkels. Je zorgt ervoor dat telefoontjes en mails vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht worden opgepakt. Of het nu gaat om een vraag over een bestelling, over openingstijden of een technische storing in één van onze systemen: jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord én geholpen voelt.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Beantwoorden van klantvragen via mail en telefoon;

- Ondersteunen van winkels vanuit het servicekantoor;

- Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse bezorgoperatie;

- Afstemmen met veel verschillende collega’s (zoals kwaliteit, magazijn en IT);

- Signaleren van verbeterpunten.

Wie ben jij?

- Je bent communicatief sterk, zelfstandig en werkt gestructureerd;

- Ervaring met administratieve processen of systemen is een pré;

- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en houdt van afwisseling in je werk;

- Je ziet het werk liggen en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
