Wat je gaat doen Wil je klanten op een persoonlijke manier helpen én werken in een hybride functie waar je werk en privé goed kunt combineren? Als klantenservice specialist bij Bol werk je vanuit het moderne kantoor in Utrecht én vanuit huis. Je start je dienst met een korte check-in met je team, daarna log je in en beantwoord je klantvragen over bestellingen, retouren, facturen en producten. Je schakelt tussen verschillende systemen, kijkt mee in orders en denkt rustig mee over een passende oplossing. Tussendoor overleg je met collega's, pak je een koffie en aan het einde van je dienst zorg je dat je cases netjes zijn afgerond. Werk je op kantoor, dan sluit je regelmatig af met een gezellige borrel met je team. Bij Bol draait klantenservice om meer dan het beantwoorden van vragen. Natuurlijk help je klanten met een passende oplossing, maar minstens zo belangrijk is dat je een oprechte connectie maakt. Iedere klant is anders en daarom is ook ieder gesprek uniek. Door goed te luisteren, je in de klant te verplaatsen en je eigen persoonlijkheid te laten zien, zorg je voor een ervaring die positief blijft hangen. Wat je gaat doen: - Klanten helpen via telefoon, chat en e-mail over bestellingen, retouren, facturen en producten. - Een persoonlijke klik maken met klanten, zodat zij zich gehoord en serieus genomen voelen. - Vragen en problemen analyseren en in duidelijke taal uitleggen welke oplossing je biedt. - Werken in verschillende systemen om klantvragen te registreren, op te volgen en af te ronden. - Zonder vaste scripts gesprekken voeren en met je team meedenken over verbeteringen in de klantbeleving.
