Dan is deze functie als fulltime klantenservice specialist in Roosendaal iets voor jou! Dit kan al binnen twee minuten 32 - 40 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Het bedrijf waar je mogelijk voor komt te werken is een specialist op het gebied van tuinmeubelen. Met 22 winkels door heel Nederland en België groeien zij nog ieder jaar! Ontstaan vanuit een familiebedrijf, met veel ambitie. Het hoofdkantoor, waar ook de klantenservice afdeling zich bevindt, is in Roosendaal. De tuinmeubelen zijn exclusief en bestaan uit luxe en hippe producten. Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime klantenservice specialist verwerk je alle bestellingen en bel je met klanten. De klantvraag komt op verschillende kanalen binnen: telefoon, mail, chat, WhatsApp. De eerste lijns klantenservice medewerkers nemen de telefoon aan. Komen ze er niet uit? Dan komen ze bij jou terecht. Aan jou de taak om dit allemaal te managen en de complexere vragen op te lossen. Jij bent dé vraagbaak voor jouw collega's en bent in staat andere op weg te helpen. Je kunt gebeld worden door internationale klanten, dus het is mooi meegenomen als je een woordje Duits en Engels spreekt (dit is geen must ). Deze functie start per direct. Wie zoeken wij? In het enthousiaste team waar je komt te werken, heeft iedereen dezelfde drive: er samen voor 100% voor gaan. De functie vraagt veel flexibiliteit en dat vragen we dan ook van jou. Daarnaast kun je snel schakelen, heb je een commerciële instelling en staat klantvriendelijkheid bij jou hoog in het vaandel.
