Jouw werkzaamheden als klantenservice specialist DHL Express: - Klantcontact en service: Je helpt particuliere en zakelijke klanten telefonisch en via andere kanalen met vragen over zendingen, levertijden en vertragingen, zodat zij snel duidelijkheid hebben. - Dossier- en systeembeheer: Je zoekt zendingen op in verschillende systemen, controleert gegevens en legt alle acties nauwkeurig vast in het crm- en ticketingsysteem, zodat dossiers compleet en traceerbaar zijn. - Probleemanalyse en opvolging: Je analyseert meldingen, zet acties uit richting depots of koeriers en volgt deze op, zodat pakketten weer in het proces komen en afspraken worden nagekomen. - Samenwerking met backline: Je schakelt bij complexere cases met de backline en andere afdelingen en zorgt daarna voor een heldere ter...
