Werken bij Intratuin Klantenservice Webshop Medewerker (tijdelijk, 16-40 uur) Help jij onze online webshop klanten warm en vriendelijk door de drukste en gezelligste periode van het jaar? Voor onze Klantenservice van onze online Webshop zoeken wij tijdelijke medewerkers die voor onze aankomende drukke kerstperiode klaarstaan voor onze klanten. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en collegiaal team op ons servicekantoor in Woerden. Wij zoeken jou! Bij Intratuin willen we mensen dichter bij een groene, natuurlijke manier van leven brengen. Dat doen we niet alleen in onze winkels, maar ook online. Krijg jij energie van klantcontact en vind je het leuk om klanten telefonisch en per mail te helpen met vragen over hun bestelling of onze producten? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker Klantenservice Webshop help je klanten met allerlei vragen: van de status van hun bestelling tot informatie over producten. De vragen komen binnen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten en Intratuin-winkels snel, vriendelijk en duidelijk antwoord krijgen. Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt samen met je collega's, schakelt met medewerkers in onze vestigingen en gebruikt onze uitgebreide Q&A. Het team Het klantenserviceteam van onze webshop is een gezellig en collegiaal team. Je werkt samen met twee Coördinatoren Klantenservice, tien Medewerkers Klantenservice Webshop en de manager. In drukke periodes, zoals het voorjaar en de kerstperiode, versterken tijdelijke medewerkers het team. Zo zorgen we er samen voor dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring op een klantenservice, in een winkel of in een andere klantgerichte functie. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent klantvriendelijk, denkt in oplossingen en vindt het leuk om klanten écht verder te helpen. Kortom: Ben je op zoek naar een tijdelijke baan...
