Wat ga je doen? Hier combineer je betekenisvol werk met je talenvaardigheid. Op de afdeling Buitenland ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen die vanuit het buitenland hun Nederlandse belastingzaken moeten regelen. Je helpt bij uiteenlopende vragen, van omzetbelasting en toeslagen tot motorrijtuigenbelasting en schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Ongeveer een vijfde van je gesprekken voer je in het Duits, naast Engels en Nederlands. Zo ziet je werk eruit: - Je helpt mensen telefonisch met hun vragen over belastingen en toeslagen, in Duits, Engels en Nederlands. - Je legt processen en regelingen duidelijk en begrijpelijk uit. - Je luistert actief, stelt vragen en zorgt voor rust en duidelijkheid. - Je registreert gesprekken zorgvuldig in de systemen, zodat collega's de informatie eenvoudig kunnen terugvinden. Wie ben jij? Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen Duits en Engels, ook als een gesprek ingewikkeld wordt. Jij luistert aandachtig, stelt de juiste vragen en neemt waar nodig op een natuurlijke manier de regie. Daarbij blijf je vriendelijk en geduldig, zelfs in uitdagende situaties. Dit past bij jou als je: - Een mbo‑4 diploma hebt. - Duits én Engels uitstekend beheerst en ook complexe onderwerpen begrijpelijk kunt uitleggen (minimaal B1‑niveau Duits). - Volledig beschikbaar bent voor de 16‑weekse opleiding (maandag t/m vrijdag, 09:00-16:00). - Ervaring hebt met klantcontact, bijvoorbeeld via werk of bijbanen. - Basis rekenvaardigheden hebt om tijdens gesprekken eenvoudige ...
