Wat ga je doen? Zoek jij een veelzijdige en goedbetaalde fulltime baan in de regio Geldrop? Binnen dit dynamische contactcenter zorg jij dat elke klant helder en vriendelijk te woord wordt gestaan. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je iemand met een storing bij een toegangspoort, het andere moment ondersteun je bij een acuut technisch probleem. Met duidelijke richtlijnen en protocollen weet jij direct welke stappen nodig zijn. Je werkt gemiddeld 128 uur per maand binnen een continue 24/7-omgeving. Wat worden jouw taken? - Beantwoorden en correct afhandelen van inkomende telefoontjes; - Verhelderen van de situatie door doelgerichte vragen te stellen; - Werken met vooraf opgestelde belscripts en werkinstructies; - Nauwkeurig vastleggen van gegevens in de klantsystemen; - Schakelen met de juiste interne afdeling voor vervolgacties; - Informeren van klanten over de afhandeling van hun melding; - Professioneel en rustig handelen op drukke en hectische momenten. Wie ben jij Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, werkt graag zelfstandig en bent servicegericht ingesteld. Het schakelen tussen verschillende klantvragen gaat jou moeiteloos af. Omdat de afdeling 24/7 geopend is, ben je flexibel inzetbaar voor dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Eigen vervoer per fiets of auto is een grote pré voor deze locatie.
