Je treedt bij deze functie op basis van Werving & Selectie direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.

Als Verkoop Adviseur en Service Coördinator ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de klant en de technische uitvoering. Je werkdag is afwisselend en veelzijdig, het ene moment neem je de telefoon op om klanten te adviseren en hun vragen of problemen direct op te lossen, het volgende moment volg je warme leads op voor hybride warmtepompen en cv-ketels. Je beoordeelt klantsituaties en schakelt op gelijk niveau met monteurs en installateurs door het hele land om de juiste aanpak af te stemmen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid om een expert te worden in jouw vakgebied.

Werkzaamheden - Adviseren van klanten over de aanschaf en verhuur van hybride warmtepompen en cv-ketels - Telefonisch opvolgen van warme leads en begeleiden van het volledige traject - Beantwoorden en afhandelen van inkomende servicevragen van klanten - Bestellen van benodigde installatiematerialen en inplannen van montages - Aansturen van installateurs door heel Nederland voor een correcte uitvoering - Administratief verwerken van verkoop- en servicemutaties in het systeem - Actief meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van werkprocessen

Wij zoeken - Een leergierige instelling waarbij je openstaat om alles te leren over warmtetechniek. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling - Proactieve werkhouding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen - Beschikbaarheid voor 32 tot 40 uur per week - Bereidheid om eens per zes weken een weekenddienst te draaien

Wij bieden - Direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever - Salaris tussen € 2.635,- en € 3.635,- bruto per maand inclusief bonus - Mogelijkheid tot een leaseauto bij een vast contract of een leasefiets - Goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer - 25 vakantieda
