Klantenservicemedewerker Ben jij goed in plannen en wil jij de verwachtingen van onze klant overtreffen? Behoud jij altijd goed het overzicht en kan jij omgaan met een dynamische werkomgeving? Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het telefonische visitekaartje en het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant die te maken hebben met ruitschade aan de auto. Je krijgt allerlei vragen binnen van onze klanten, voornamelijk telefonisch maar ook via de mail. Geen enkel gesprek is hetzelfde en jij zorgt dat ieder proces vlot en soepel verloopt. Uiteraard sta je onze klanten professioneel te woord en help je ze verder door intern acties uit te zetten, zoals het inplannen van de afspraken in een van onze 26 vestigingen. Profiel Klantenservicemedewerker Wie ben jij? Bij Van Mossel staat de tevredenheid van klanten hoog op de agenda en dus ook op die van jou! Je hebt ruime ervaring in de klantenservice. Daarnaast kan jij goed het overzicht behouden ondanks het werken in diverse systemen. Het belangrijkste is dat je plezier haalt uit onze klanten verder helpen in het schade proces. Je bent bij voorkeur fulltime beschikbaar. Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en woont in de omgeving van ons mooie hoofdkantoor in Waalwijk. Wat bieden wij jou?
