Klantenservicemedewerker in de zorg Je helpt mensen direct verder op momenten dat zij jouw kennis en rust hard nodig hebben. In deze functie maak je écht impact, elke dag opnieuw. Wat ga jij doen? Dit is een vacature bij een van onze opdrachtgevers in Tilburg. Als Klantenservicemedewerker in de zorg help je mensen die afhankelijk zijn van slaaptherapieapparatuur. Je krijgt patiënten aan de lijn die vastlopen met hun apparaat en zelf niet goed kunnen uitleggen wat er misgaat. Jij luistert rustig, stelt de juiste vragen en achterhaalt wat er speelt. Omdat je het apparaat niet kunt zien, is jouw manier van communiceren heel belangrijk. Je legt duidelijk uit wat iemand kan proberen, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt dat de patiënt weer verder kan. De situaties verschillen per gesprek. Soms is het technisch, soms emotioneel en soms zit er meer achter dan je in eerste instantie hoort. Jij houdt overzicht, blijft kalm en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen meerdere systemen tegelijk. Je wordt stap voor stap opgeleid tot specialist in slaaptherapie, zodat je precies weet wat er wel en niet mogelijk is en patiënten altijd helder en deskundig kunt helpen.
