Je kunt 32 uur per week werken. Je houdt het overzicht, regelt materialen en beantwoordt vragen van collega's. Dankzij jou werkt iedereen prettig en efficiënt. Jouw dag bestaat uit het beantwoorden van vragen, verwerken van administratie en het beheren van middelen zoals handscanners, tablets en bedrijfskleding. Je coördineert facilitaire zaken, houdt het wagenpark bij en controleert personeelsgegevens. Verder zorg je voor het inkopen van materialen en houd je de financiële administratie bij. Je werkt in 3 ploegen (6:00-14:30, 9:30-18:30, 12:00-20:30), ook om de week op zaterdag. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende collega's en afdelingen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het depot goed draait. Jij bent onmisbaar, want zonder jou loopt alles in het honderd. Wil je werken in een gezellig team waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt?
