Als Klantenservicemedewerker ben jij de schakel tussen onze internationale klanten en de transportafdeling. Je houdt de voortgang van het transportproces in de gaten en onderhoudt contact met klanten en collega's. Door jouw heldere communicatie en oog voor detail komen leveringen altijd op tijd aan.

Jouw taken:- Coördineren van het transportproces van planning tot levering - Onderhouden van contact met internationale klanten en externe partners - Verwerken en beheren van de bijbehorende administratie - Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen de transport- en planningsprocessen - Samenwerken met collega's om leveringen soepel en op tijd te laten verlopen

Je werkt in dagdienst voor 36 tot 40 uur per week.
