The posting

Als klantenservicemedewerker financiële dienstverlening help je deelnemers van verschillende pensioenfondsen met uiteenlopende vragen. Iedere dag spreek je mensen met verschillende vragen en verhalen. De ene klant wil weten wat er geregeld moet worden voor het pensioen, terwijl een ander belt vanwege een verandering in zijn persoonlijke situatie. Jij luistert, denkt mee en zorgt voor duidelijke antwoorden.

Geen gesprek is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend en interessant. Je gaat aan de slag in Heerlen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en later ook via e-mail en chat. • Het achterhalen van de vraag achter de vraag. • Het bieden van duidelijkheid en ondersteuning. • Het verwerken van klantcontacten in de systemen. • Het samenwerken met collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Opleiding en ontwikkeling Je start eind november met een betaalde fulltime training (40 uur) van 4 weken op kantoor in Heerlen. Hier leer je alles over pensioenregelingen, gesprektechnieken en systemen. Na de fulltime training kun je aan de slag voor 16-28 uur per week.

Functie-eisen: Als klantenservicemedewerker financiële dienstverlening help je graag mensen verder en krijg je energie van persoonlijk contact. Je bent nieuwsgierig, leert snel nieuwe dingen en weet informatie duidelijk uit te leggen. Daarnaast luister je goed, blijf je rustig in gesprekken, schakel je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende systemen en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau (aantoonbaar via diploma of capaciteitentest). • Ervaring met klantenservice of klantcontact. • Goede computervaardigheden. • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Een prettige en duidelijke telefoonstem.

Voordat je kunt starten, dienen de volgende zaken te zijn afgerond:

• Een geldige VOG-aanvraag. • Een positieve DISA-screening. • Het aanleveren
