Klantenservicemedewerker (flexibele bijbaan) terStal, een vooraanstaand modebedrijf, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Klantenservicemedewerker voor ons hoofdkantoor in Almelo. Met meer dan 200 winkels door heel Nederland en een snelgroeiende webshop bedienen wij een breed publiek, van dames en heren tot kinderen, met de nieuwste modetrends, zowel online als offline. Over de rol: Als Klantenservicemedewerker haal jij er plezier uit om klanten via e-mail en chat optimaal te helpen. Je ziet het als een uitdaging om iedere klant van het juiste advies te voorzien en bent pas tevreden wanneer de klant dat ook is. In deze functie ben jij het visitekaartje van terStal. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Klantcontact : Je staat klanten te woord via chat, e-mail en social media. Je beantwoordt vragen, lost klachten op en adviseert de klant; - Aanspreekpunt : jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant; - Kwaliteit : jij levert een actieve bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de afdeling. Wie zoeken wij? Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van flexibele bijbaan bij de Klantenservicemedewerker bij terStal: - Beschikbaarheid: Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op werkdagen, in de avonduren en op zaterdagochtenden. Er is veel mogelijk in overleg, waardoor de functie goed te combineren is met bijvoorbeeld een studie; - Proactief: jij bent proactief naar klanten toe, oplossingsgericht en kunt zelfstandig werken; - Office-pakket: je hebt kennis en ervaring met het Office-pakket en bent bekend met social media; - Talenkennis: je bent communicatief vaardig en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Werk- en denkniveau: je beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau.
