Als Klantenservicemedewerker in Zeist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgprofessionals. Je beantwoordt vragen, lost problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich goed geholpen voelt.

Als Klantenservicemedewerker combineer je telefonisch klantcontact met het beantwoorden van vragen per e-mail. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij:

- Inlogproblemen en vragen over systemen; - Het aanpassen of controleren van gegevens; - Vragen over diensten en processen; - Het vinden van een passende oplossing voor klantvragen.

Verder behandel je ook vragen die per e-mail binnenkomen. Je legt klantcontacten zorgvuldig vast, bewaakt de opvolging en schakelt bij complexere vragen met de juiste afdeling of specialist.

Je werkt in een gezellig en betrokken team, krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en draagt met jouw werk direct bij aan een betere zorg in Nederland.

- Ervaring in klantcontact of een vergelijkbare functie; - Goede computervaardigheden en ervaring met verschillende systemen; - Een klantgerichte, geduldige en oplossingsgerichte houding; - Beschikbaarheid van 24 uur per week op maandag, donderdag en vrijdag.
