The posting

Autopech onderweg naar Italië, een gebroken been tijdens een vakantie of een woningbrand. Als klantenservicemedewerker hulpverlening bij VHD krijg je allerlei hulpvragen aan de telefoon. Jij luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat er snel passende hulp komt.

Je spreekt mensen vaak op een moment dat ze stress, zorgen of haast hebben. Daarom blijf jij rustig en houd je overzicht. Je brengt de situatie in kaart en bepaalt welke hulp nodig is. De ene keer regel je een berger of vervangend vervoer. De andere keer help je iemand die in het buitenland in de problemen is gekomen of schakel je de juiste hulp in na een incident. Je doet dit namens verschillende verzekeraars en organisaties. Je gaat aan de slag in Deventer.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je neemt telefonisch hulpvragen aan van mensen die direct hulp nodig hebben. • Je luistert goed, stelt vragen en brengt de situatie duidelijk in kaart. • Je regelt bijvoorbeeld een berger, garage, vervangend vervoer of andere praktische hulp. • Je schakelt de juiste hulp in bij incidenten en noodsituaties. • Je hebt contact met onder andere garages, verzekeraars, leasemaatschappijen en hulpdiensten. • Je houdt de klant op de hoogte en stelt diegene waar nodig gerust. • Je legt afspraken en informatie goed vast in het systeem.

Werktijden, training en toeslagen

• Je start op 19 oktober met een intern trainingsprogramma van 8 weken. Je gaat aan de slag voor een periode van een half jaar, met een mogelijkheid tot verlenging. • Tijdens de eerste 8 weken ben je volledig beschikbaar voor trainingen overdag en 's avonds, tussen 08.00 en 22.00 uur. • Na de training werk je volgens een rooster met dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. • Je ontvangt je rooster ongeveer 6 weken van tevoren. • Je kunt kiezen voor een contract van 24 tot 32 uur of 32 tot 40 uur per week. • Je verdient € 16,00 bruto per uur. Voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten krijg je toeslagen. Hierdoor kan je uurloon oplopen tot € 28,00 bruto per uur.
