Niet als het aan jou ligt. Als parttime klantexpert bij ENGIE in Zwolle ben jij de deskundige raadgever voor consumenten met inhoudelijke vragen over hun energiehuishouding. Je duikt in uiteenlopende vraagstukken over tariefstructuren, afrekeningen en de stap naar een duurzamere woning. Waar de klant twijfelt of vragen heeft, zorg jij voor helderheid en een passend advies. Je helpt klanten wegwijs te maken in digitale mogelijkheden en behandelt daarnaast schriftelijke vragen per e-mail. Jouw doel is niet snel scoren, maar een tevreden klant die exact weet waar hij aan toe is. Alle afspraken leg je vervolgens nauwkeurig vast in de klantadministratie. Gefaseerd inwerken én financiële doorgroei Om een echte expert te worden, start je met een gerichte focus. Je begint op één specifiek domein: óf de verdieping in financiële vraagstukken, óf de inhoudelijke begeleiding bij servicevragen. Pas wanneer je deze materie na 3 tot 4 maanden droomt, verbreed je jouw kennis op andere gebieden en ligt de weg open naar posities als klantadviseur en daarna senior klantadviseur . Jouw inzet zie je ook direct terug op je loonstrook. Na één compleet kalenderjaar stijgt je uurloon automatisch met 4,5% (bovenop eventuele cao-verhogingen). Maak je vervolgens de stap naar senior klantadviseur, dan is daar een extra salarisverhoging van 5% aan gekoppeld. Zo groeit jouw tarief stapsgewijs door van een aantrekkelijk startsalaris van € 18,50 naar maximaal € 20,30 per uur .
