Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling centraal staan. Wat je gaat doen: - Beantwoorden: vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier. - Adviseren: klanten over producten, diensten en duurzame oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften. - Oplossen: problemen en klachten van klanten door snel en effectief tot een passende oplossing te komen. - Registreren: klantcontacten en oplossingen in het systeem, zodat alles goed wordt vastgelegd. - Bijdragen: aan procesverbeteringen door feedback van klanten te delen met het team. Fulltime). - De mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken na zes maanden. - Vaste werkdagen op maandag en vrijdag.
