Je valt organisatorisch en hiërarchisch onder de afdeling Werk en Inkomen van de Gemeente Haarlem. De dagelijkse aansturing ligt bij de teammanager Sociaal Wijkteam. Functiebeschrijving Binnen het Sociaal Wijkteam SamenZandvoort ben je onderdeel van een zelf organiserend team vanuit Pluspunt. Je werkt als generalist en als specialist. Verder: - Samen met de inwoner en andere betrokkenen (informeel en formeel) verken je integraal de vraag c.q. situatie en mogelijke oplossingen. Je stimuleert en versterkt hierbij de verbinding van de inwoner met zijn netwerk en leidt actief toe naar (collectief) aanbod ter ondersteuning van duurzame oplossingen. - In overleg met je collega's uit het wijkteam voer je kennismakingsgesprekken met inwoners die in aanmerking komen voor ondersteuning. - Je draagt bij aan de collectiveringsactiviteiten van je team, zoals initiëren van en toeleiden naar collectieve activiteiten/initiatieven in de wijk. Netwerken en het onderzoeken van mogelijkheden in de wijk is een onderdeel van je werk. Je onderhoudt contact met je collega's van het team Werk en Inkomen, wisselt vakinhoudelijke kennis en ontwikkelingen uit en zorgt voor versterking van de samenwerking Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als klantmanager werk en inkomen zijn vereist. Dat betekent werkervaring met de Participatiewet, minimabeleid, participeren en re-integreren. - Je kunt open en oordeelvrij luisteren en je stelt vragen die de ander in beweging brengen. - Je hebt lef, creëert maatwerk met creatieve oplossingen en interventies die ook buiten de gebaande paden kunnen liggen; je hebt overtuigings...
