Capelle a/d IJssel AI verandert razendsnel hoe bedrijven online zichtbaar zijn en groeien. Voor ondernemers biedt dat enorme kansen, maar het roept ook vragen op. Wat moet ik ermee? Wat verandert er voor mijn bedrijf? Doe ik nog wel de juiste dingen? Wij geloven dat onze rol daardoor alleen maar belangrijker wordt. Niet als leverancier die zoveel mogelijk producten probeert te verkopen, maar als gids en partner die ontwikkelingen begrijpt, overzicht creëert en ondernemers helpt de juiste keuzes te maken. Als Klantmanager ben jij vaak de eerste die dat gevoel moet overbrengen. Je spreekt veel verschillende ondernemers. Bestaande relaties, nieuwe aanvragen, maar ook bedrijven waarmee we zelf graag in contact willen komen. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar hun bedrijf. Waar willen ze naartoe? Waar lopen ze tegenaan? Wat doen ze nu met hun website en online marketing? En waar liggen kansen? Je hoeft niet direct overal een oplossing voor te verkopen. Je eerste taak is luisteren, begrijpen en vertrouwen opbouwen. Vervolgens kun je iemand meenemen in wat er online verandert en laten zien welke mogelijkheden wij zien. Soms leidt dat direct tot een concrete volgende stap. Soms begint het simpelweg met een goed gesprek. Commercieel, maar op onze manier Natuurlijk is dit een commerciële functie. We willen groeien en daarvoor moeten we nieuwe klanten vinden. Je wacht dus niet alleen af tot ondernemers ons bellen. Je zoekt actief contact, volgt leads op, belt potentiële klanten en zorgt dat nieuwe gesprekken ontstaan. Maar hoe je dat doet, vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Geen glad verkooppraatje of druk om vandaag een handtekening te zetten. Wel oprechte interesse, enthousiasme en het vermogen om een ondernemer mee te nemen in een verhaal. In de praktijk ga je onder andere: - actief contact leggen met potentiële klanten; - leads en commerciële kansen opvolgen; - ondernemers bellen en afspraken maken; - je verdiepen in hun bedrijf en online situ...
