Klantmanager Inburgering Hilversum Wijdemeren en Hilversum zijn vanaf 1 januari 2027 één gemeente. Zo kunnen we de dienstverlening aan onze 120.000 inwoners en bijna 20.000 bedrijven niet alleen blijven garanderen, maar ook verbeteren. Door onze krachten te bundelen, staan we sterker in het aanpakken van belangrijke uitdagingen, zoals wonen, natuur, economie en bereikbaarheid. Hilversum en Wijdemeren delen een historie en zijn al langer met elkaar verbonden. Met ingang van 2026 is de ambtelijke samenvoeging een feit. De dienstverlening aan de inwoners wordt vanaf dat moment uitgevoerd door gemeente Hilversum. De werkzaamheden voor Wijdemeren worden in 2026 nog onder de vlag van gemeente Wijdemeren uitgevoerd, maar aangestuurd vanuit Hilversum. De samenvoeging biedt nieuwe energie om die verbondenheid te versterken. De dorpen Ankeveen, Breukeleveen, 's-Graveland, Kortenhoef, Loosdrecht en Nederhorst den Berg behouden hun eigen karakter en vormen een waardevolle aanvulling op het meer stadse karakter van Hilversum. Van veen en water naar zand en heide. Die diversiteit maakt Hilversum aantrekkelijk om in te wonen, te werken én te recreëren. Opdracht - Wij zijn op zoek naar een klantmanager inburgering Wijdemeren. Als klantmanager inburgering ondersteun je nieuwkomers in onze gemeente bij hun inburgering. Daarnaast start je de komende maanden de zogenaamde vroege start trajecten op. Je stelt samen met de inwoner een persoonlijk Plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP) op om mee te kunnen doen in de Hilversumse samenleving. We werken oplossingsgericht. - Als klantmanager ben je klant- en kwaliteitsgericht en kom je gemaakte afspraken na. Ook kun je hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar scheiden en ben je besluitvaardig.
